Board of Standards & Appeals Hearing — April 10

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT!

“…the mayor has been clear and public in his opposition to this project.”https://nypost.com/2018/04/04/law-firm-that-represented-de-blasio-now-helping-developer-with-city-deal/

The mayor has added his voice to the many elected officials and civic organizations who have spoken out to support ERFA’s hard-won zoning change.

It’s now up to the Board of Standards & Appeals to decide whether to grant the developer of the 430 East 58th Street construction site an exemption from the new law.

It is ESSENTIAL for our community to show the BSA how strongly we oppose granting the developer’s requested exemption.

LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD.

MAKE IT KNOWN THAT THERE IS NO PLACE FOR A MEGATOWER IN THE EAST 50s.

We look forward to seeing you all at the hearing at the
Board of Standards & Appeals
