This neighborhood is still threatened by the very real possibility of a supertall building being built on 58th Street DESPITE our win to put in place new rezoning law in our neighborhood.

Gamma Real Estate has appealed to the City’s Board of Standards and Appeals to be allowed to build their mega tower on the 58th Street site.
We’re fighting back.  Join us.
